Just come along! All of our sessions are beginner friendly and anybody is welcome to just turn up and join in. Please do bring your friends as well!

Practices are normally twice a week during Oxford term times, on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. Outside of term times people may still meet up, but there are not usually offical practices.
There are also (completely optional) weekly fitness sessions for those who want to push themselves just that little bit harder.
OUQC also holds regular club socials, usually once per week, and club members also meet up frequently in smaller numbers.
